Dr. Thomas B. Goulding practiced in Santa Monica, California in 1981 and after the birth of  his first son he moved to East Lyme, Ct. He  opened his holistic clinic in Waterford, Ct.  In 1985 along with his wife Dr. Beth Goulding, he opened the Sunrise Wellness Center enabling the expansion of their holistic healing vision.

Dr. Thomas Goulding has been freeing people from pain and teaching healthy living since 1981. As a Chiropractor with experience, our professionals are  committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Goulding uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy, cold laser therapy and providing the newest and best neutraceuticals and whole food  supplements on the market today, Dr. Goulding is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr Goulding is happily married  and has two sons and lives in Waterford where he tends his organic garden. He enjoys hiking, biking, sports, yoga and travel.
